Hello again

This site used to sell a product that did not exist. The homepage promised consulting, the products page was lorem ipsum wearing a suit, and the whole thing had the particular staleness of a site nobody had needed to visit in a while.

So it is a blog now.

What goes here

Field notes, mostly. Thirty years of shipping software leaves you with opinions, and the ones worth writing down are usually the ones that cost something to learn. Expect posts about AI-assisted engineering, cloud architecture, and the Claude Code plugins I build and give away.

What does not go here

A newsletter. There is an RSS feed, which has worked fine since 1999 and does not need your email address.
