Two skills and a subagent. job-description drafts a description from a role
title and a few bullet points about the team. interview-scorecard builds and
fills in structured scorecards, so two interviewers are answering the same
questions rather than forming impressions. resume-screener is a subagent that
screens a batch of resumes against a job description and returns a ranked
shortlist with the evidence for each ranking.
Reach for it at the start of a search, when the job description is still a paragraph in a message, and at the end, when there are more resumes than anyone will read carefully.
The two skills work in Claude Code and in Cowork. Subagents are Claude Code
only, so resume-screener is unavailable on the web; the skills are not.
